complaints and returns
Conditions for returning and claiming goods:
- The buyer is entitled to claim the goods only if they were delivered damaged or with damaged packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return or claim goods that have been opened, used or have a broken original protective seal.
- The claim must be made immediately, no later than 48 hours from receipt of the shipment, via e-mail: yeskbeauty@gmail.com. The buyer is obliged to attach photographic documentation.
- The claimed goods must be returned in the original packaging, including accessories.
- After the claim is acknowledged, the buyer is entitled to exchange the goods or refund the purchase price.
Returns
- In accordance with the law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in their original unopened packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- A copy of the invoice or the order number must be included with the returned goods.

Slovakia - Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
- After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund your money within 14 days.
- The refund will be made in the same way the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed.
