complaints and returns

Conditions for returning and claiming goods:

1. The buyer is entitled to claim the goods only if they were delivered damaged or with damaged packaging.
2. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return or claim goods that have been opened, used or have a broken original protective seal.
3. The claim must be made immediately, no later than 48 hours from receipt of the shipment, via e-mail: yeskbeauty@gmail.com. The buyer is obliged to attach photographic documentation.
4. The claimed goods must be returned in the original packaging, including accessories.
5. After the claim is acknowledged, the buyer is entitled to exchange the goods or refund the purchase price.

Returns

• In accordance with the law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions

• Returned items must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in their original unopened packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
• A copy of the invoice or the order number must be included with the returned goods.

3. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

• After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund your money within 14 days.
• The refund will be made in the same way the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed.
